THE OGDENS
We’re a husband-and-wife commercial real estate team with Colliers Paragon, based in Boise, Idaho. Actively engaged throughout the Treasure Valley, we specialize in Industrial Investments, Commercial Sales, and Leasing.
Devin has been involved in commercial real estate since 2001 and currently serves as SIOR’s Regional President as well as on the board of NAIOP. Michelle joined the team in September 2021 and quickly discovered her passion for the dynamic world of commercial real estate. She currently serves on the Board of CCIM.
Over the years, Devin has had the privilege of working with exceptional landlords and tenants, helping major clients such as Amazon and T. expand into the Treasure Valley. Together, we’re dedicated to helping others achieve their business goals, providing personalized service to both landlords and tenants.
Outside of work, we love spending time with our four kids and living an active lifestyle—traveling, skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking are just a few of our favorite ways to recharge.

However, Devin’s primary focus since 2006 has been on industrial properties such as distribution, manufacturing, food processing, and tech/flex.

Michelle’s dedication to clients’ needs helps ensure each unique client achieves their goal.
